At Charms Élégance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
